На личном созвоне с руком говорили сегодня целый час вместо получаса.
Я решила поделиться тем, что как мне кажется происходит в команде и с моей мотивацией. Он рассказывал, как сам это видит.
Делиться мыслями было непросто, но разговор получился очень полезным. Я получила хороший фидбек и в целом добрую реакцию.
Поняла, над чем нужно работать в софт скиллах в команде.
В общем я очень ценю А. как руководителя, потому что чувствую от него большую поддержку и заинт. в том, чтобы помогать развиваться.
Наверное, потому я и чувствовала некоторую влюблённость к нему. Сейчас когда все становится на места, пытаюсь различить как выглядят настоящие чувства.
Просто очень тепло.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
