Вчера ходили компанией в кальян и в бар.
Хотелось скорее социализации, чем именно кальяна и алко. К алко вообще последнее время не тянет абсолютно. Но решила выпить, пока не начала пить таблетки.
Вообще врача ещё не нашла, лора вчера пропустила, а ещё надо к стоматологу, две работы и начать наконец тренироваться и разбираться дальше с головой.
Есть пол дня выходного, попробую это все запланировать так, чтобы опять не вырубиться.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
