Спонтанно решила поехать в отпуск на ретрит в горы. Пока не оплатила, но очень хочу. Когда узнала, что есть места, немного заслезились глаза прям на работе. Горы, всякие практики. Очень хочу сместить фокус с мысленных загонов и умственной работы на ощущения своего тела, его развития и понимания.
Надо только решить материальный вопрос и вопрос второй работы.
Ещё на этих выходных позвали на тимбилдинг в соседней команде в загородный дом. Тоже безумно рада. Давно никуда не ездила, но опять надо что-то придумывать с организацией второй работы. Это немного давит.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
