Фиксирую изменения в привычках.
Пишу десять целей: в списке появляется хронология целей, отсеиваются невозможные.
Зарядка утром: вместо одного круга из трёх упражнений - два круга + одно упражнение разминочное.
Холодный душ: только леденая вода, больше не смешиваю с горячей.
Медитация: больше думаю о качестве. Если не получится держаться 10 минут, не отвлекаясь, придется уменьшить период до 1 минуты и постепенно расти до 10.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
