Если стремиться хотя бы иногда к тому, чтобы состояние не становилось хуже, то неизбежно будет движение вперед, если конечно в остальное время я не сопротивляюсь тому, чтобы состояние становилось лучше. Аналогия из физики: если давление воздуха позади будет больше давления впереди, то ветер будет двигаться вперед. Но ближе здесь аналогия со статистикой: если у гауссианы раз за разом отрезать задний хвост больше чем передний, то среднее все это время будет смещаться вперед.
Поэтому, если я хочу улучшать свое состояние, мне нужно делать два действия:
*) стремиться к тому, чтобы состояние не становилось хуже
*) не сопротивляться тому, чтобы состояние становилось лучше

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
