Работа перс тренером у нас - это свой бизнес, я плачу залу аренду. А клиенты платят напрямую мне. Так вот, как я это организую, сколько буду брать за тренировки, сколько часов в день работать, сколько дней и тд - это все мое дело, я никому не отчитываюсь и решаю сама. И я думала, збс как круто это будет, буду сама себе график составлять и на учёбу время будет и на себя, буду ездить на пляж и гулять каждый день. Ага 😂😂😂 короче это все оказалось большой ловушкой, а свой бизнес это нифига не про больше свободного времени. Потому что помимо непосредственно тренировок ещё до хуя времени уходит на составление планов, выставление счетов, написания программ и информационных писем.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
