Перепалка в сауне с каким-то англоязычным вурдалаком, который назвал меня rude только за то, что я вежливо попросил не лить воду на камни (там и так было почти 100 градусов) буквально 5 минут. При этом моя просьба была ответом на его же вопрос, всем ли ок :) В результате он послал меня на хуй и таки налил со злости даже, видимо, больше, чем планировал. Интересно, как у меня пульс подскочил со 120 до 166 на фоне этой стычки, хотя именно страха сильного не было, не дрожали потом руки, как было раньше, и мозг работал неплохо, когда я парировал его оскорбления. В целом, рад, что постоял за себя, заодно напомнив себе, что надо бы обязательно пойти на тайский бокс на след неделе.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
