В моєї улюбленної психологині багато сторіс про те, що опиратись на свої цінності, навіть в дрібницях, особливо в дрібницях, бо коли світ розбивається на шматки, тільки вони й залишаються - дуже важливо.
А запропонувала обмінятись нг подарунками по пошті. Я не думала, шо мені від цієї ідеї стане _настільки_ тепло - я реально ходила й усміхалась увесь день.
Бо друзі - це моя цінність, це моя опора. Спілкування з А пережило 2+ роки відстанні, 6 років усього - 6 зовсім різних років й різних нас.
Це цінно. Я це знала й так, а в новій країні де в 20+ років мало людей зацікавленно в прям дружбі-дружбі...
А ще Я пнула з тим же.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
