составил план/схему своих желаний и связей с действиями для их осуществления. немного коряво, но Москва тоже не сразу строилась) листа не хватило - думаю, хороший знак - значит, всё это в голове есть, но требует сортировки, доработки, визуализации.
дальше: увеличение количества связей, упорядоченности желаний. хочу выработать в себе привычку смотреть на свою жизнь, как на эксперимент. я хочу узнать, на что способен, рассматривать свои реакции со стороны, наблюдать, анализировать, приобретать опыт, в том числе в изучении себя. я сам себе учёный. ну и режиссёр, чё) !F - часть эксперимента. он появился в нужное время..

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
