День сегодня начался неприятно, в телефоне разлогинился мост, никак не могла авторизоваться. Пришлось вставать идти к компьютеру, а там в рабочем браузере все вкладки закрылись, и тоже пришлось потратить лишнюю энергию на их восстановление. Короче привычная рутина нарушилась, а я в последнее время поняла и как-то приняла, что рутина мне очень нужна (и рада, что обычно удаётся её придерживаться).
Но, несмотря на утро, день прошёл хорошо и продуктивно. Настроение отличное, потому что удаётся бороться со своими раньше не осознаваемыми пагубными привычками. Да и давно мне не было так спокойно, как сейчас. Даже были силы после работы и решения дел, чтобы приготовить достаточно сложный ужин.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
