Сегодня как и планировала сбегала в магазин. Это ужас какой-то. Покупаешь нарезку, йогурты, хлеб и молок + пара помидоров и это уже на косарь выходит. Какой же ужас. Но я рада что прогулялась и поносила тяжести. Все же, немного размяла мышцы и подышала свежим воздухом. Ещё во вторник прогуляюсь. Особенно, если мне перепадет с баллами завтра.
Сейчас думаю, как пытаться сконцентрироваться на отдыхе. Причем, все абсолютно круто когда я занимаюсь чем-то, что включает руки - рисунок, писательство, да даже банальный сроллинг ленты! А вот просто посидеть и посмотреть летсплей, хотя мне интересно что происходит - я не могу.
А может...мне не интересно?

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
