516. Отличная фраза "Спокойно! Ничего не произошло".
Раньше я расстраивался по пустикам. В основном - из-за микроссор с коллегами. Теперь, когда происходит словесная перепалка, я тут же произношу про себя "Спокойно! Ничего не произошло".
И правда ничего не происходит! Я остаюсь со своими намерениями, ценностями и энергией как и до ссоры. На земле ничего не изменилось. Лишь произнесены слова, которые сгорели в атмосфере. Я рад любой обратной связи, потому что хочу оставаться на плаву. Я доволен собой, потому что становлюсь сильнее.
Вечерние прогулки хорошо сказываются на ментальном здоровье.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
