Смотрела сегодня ролик о том, почему бальная система не работает в школах. Но самое интересное, что я вынесла - это блок о работе мотивации. Я поняла, что всю жизнь я именно пыталась мотивировать себя наградами и ожидала её. Даже одобрение - это своего рода награда, от чего я очень часто расстраиваюсь и руминирую.
И к отдыху я относилась так же - вешала над собой морковку в виде отдыха, и бежала за ней. Бесконечно.
И дельную вещь сказали - в погоне за наградой умирает креативность и жажда знаний. Я поняла, почему так долго стопорилась пока не начала быть свободней в скетчбуке. Я думала, вот бы это выложить. Думала о награде, в виде одобрения.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
