Бывший однокурсник и друг, который работал в соседней команде, уволился спустя 3 месяца из-за жёстких переработок.
Я его понимаю, но его ситуация тоже помогла мне ещё больше осознать происходящий беспорядок.
Я ужасно устала. Мой руководитель написал мне в 11 утра вчера, в первый выходной, сделала ли я то-то. И это общая культура людей вокруг меня в команде - работа на первом месте.
Ловушка на хорошего человека.
Я правда задумалась уйти, потому что осознала что такая работа оказывает большое влияние на мое псих состояние сейчас.
Но вопрос в том, что она позволяет мне жить конкретно в этой стране, и зп выше чем сейчас в среднем можно найти, и плюс специфика в которую я уже погрузилась.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
