Вчера классно потренил, даже нос целый. Лег спать поздно, уснул еще позже, в этом доме нет мне покоя. С утра созвонились дорогой И., приятное общение. Решил отказаться от кредита и не плодить долги, мот пока не покупаю, жду до апреля. Тревога выматывает местами, нет общения с дрогой И. и все, в голове варятся негативные эмоции, общаюсь с ней, все проходит, не понимаю как их не варить. С психологом пообщаюсь попозже, уже после ЗП в марте. Хочется мотоцикл, да безумно, это моя жизнь, но сейчас важно достигнуть цели по финансам. На работе все идет по плану.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
