Критерий выбора пути, это внутренне стремление (влечение, зов), если оно есть, и рассудок + формальные критерии (удовольствие, насыщенность и пр.), если стремления, внутреннего компаса, сейчас нет. Намерение имеет большое значение, а особенно то на чем оно основано, его можно развивать так же как и все остальное. Каждое действие, каждая мысль, каждое восприятие имеют значение, каждое из них вносит свой вклад в развитие тела и личности. На плохо видном пути необходимо создавать множество ориентиров и указателей, руководствуясь выбранными критериями: какие действия, мысли, восприятия ведут меня к цели, а какие уводят от нее. Необходимо достигать малых целей как можно чаще.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
