Перечитал свой фраг от 29 декабря и удивился, что мысль тогда не пошла дальше, потому что почти очевидное следствие из того наблюдение такое: культивация уверенности, что почти любые страдания - временные, и что, благодаря Селекции, почти всегда есть выход, возможность "попасть в место", где нет страданий - такая культивация может со временем помочь мне выкарабкиваться из любых пиздостраданий намного быстрее.
Как глупо, если задуматься, долго страдать из-за того, что какой-то случайный человек в моей жизни послал меня, отказавшись от общения, "не оценил" и т.д. Намного эффективнее сесть и заставить себя вспомнить, что есть - и обязательно возникнет - состояние свободы от этой хуйни.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
