Сьогодні зустрів дівчину, з якою вже років 10 не спілкувались. Раніше я бачив у ній своє дзеркало, а зараз, дивлячись на неї, бачу як змінився. Став більш замкненим, намагаюсь не обговорювати своє особисте життя, більше слухаю, аніж розповідаю.
Все що в мене є - це мій спокій. Все що я роблю - я роблю спокійно, роблячи глибокий вдих та видих. Здається, це моя нова основна цінність. Я про неї вічно собі нагадую і впевнений, що без неї все піде шкереберть.
Спокій дозволяє не говорити все що думаєш і не показувати все що відчуваєш. Спокій - це гарант безпеки мого соціального "я". Слід, мабуть, це прийняти, і тоді життя стане кращим.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
