Логические выводы и обоснованные предположения не являются различением. Даже если они попадают в цель, даже если сопровождаются ясностью, это не будет различением и от них не будет такого же эффекта как от различения. Они могут подсказать куда копать, но различением не являются.
Возможные эффекты от различения: свежесть, чувство освобождения, мягкое наслаждение в груди, прохладное наслаждение в груди и в голове, начинает затягивать в глубину (хочется сосредоточиться различать дальше), проясняются мозги.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
