Не фыркать, а пройти предложенный курс в Нетологии до конца. Не сопротивляться и не обесценивать сразу, а сделать упражнение " Я через 10 лет" - да -подташнивает успешным успехом, да - кажется бессмысленным. А может смысл в том, чтобы увидеть, что впереди есть жизнь? Жизнь, которую можно выбрать эгоистично для себя? Ведь вырастет дочь и будет жить свою жизнь, ничего не будет требовать от меня внимания и сил. Эгоистично и в наглую допустить мысль, что имею право на жизнь в том виде, что хочу. Да, сейчас это хочу перекрывается "надо", виной и НЭ, нет уверенности, что это искренне. Но шанс то есть? Хочешь искренности? Не ври сама! Может стоит начать с этого

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
