Пока ехала домой, думала усну сразу же, как приду, поэтому в итоге махнула рукой на стирку и готовку, но нет, я все ещё тут.
С другой стороны, поболтали с мамой, поболтали хорошо с Н., в процессе я домыла посуду, сварила яйца и приготовила омлет. Поухаживала за ногтями на руках и ногах.
Попробую сейчас надеть паровую маску на глаза и таки заснуть.
И да, все же хорошо, когда наводишь порядок хотя бы дома, есть какое-то чувство контроля и радости от бытовой красоты вокруг.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
