Вчера отдыхал весь день: гулял порождал ОзВ, играл в шахматы, качал плечевые мышцы, смотрел уроки по физике, болтал по видеочату с одной симпаткой. Сегодня тоже буду отдыхать.
Отдыхом я называю различение своих желаний и их свободную реализацию, пресечение самоизнасилования, различение того хочется ли мне продолжать что-то делать или нет, различение того чего я хочу, но не делаю, из за чего есть чувство, что жизнь утекает сквозь пальцы.
Отдыхом не является забивание скуки, или такие действия или бездействие, от которых возникает чувство просирания времени.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
