под ночь расстроился из-за очередного кринжа со своей стороны и того, что друзья не так расценили мой посыл про оценку творчества. я опять оказался долбоебом неженкой в их глазах, хотя я просто хотел поддержки изначально. да впрочем ладно, я и так наверное не хотел особо активно постить больше. зато купил сегодня гигиенические всякие штуки, чтобы завтра уж точно в новую жизнь вступать и пытаться новые здоровые привычки внедрить. У меня есть весь август, чтобы смотреть на результаты. Может быть вместе с Л. попробуем, ему тоже хорошие привычки не помешают. Очень жду сессии с врачом. И чувствую большую нехватку 700 символов для выражения мыслей)) Спать ложусь опять утром, но в норм настроении

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
