Начал анализировать свой фрагментер, самому читать и обдумывать все лень, поручил это ChatGPT. Хочу выписать все наблюдения, ясности, желания, развивающие приятные действия, которые сейчас актуальны. В итоге должны получиться списки основанные на моем личном опыте и лично для меня, которые, как я думаю, сделают мою жизнь более приятной и интересной, нужно только добавить их в списки-напоминалки, которые недавно сделал.
Возникло снова новое для меня ОзВ исследования, как будто клад нашел, его перед глазами нет, я не знаю даже что это, но чувство что нашел что-то очень ценное есть. Попытки понять что же это конкретно ни к чему не приводят, как будто это чувство ценности к пустоте.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
