Сегодня бы не стабильны день, постоянно качающийся от хорошо до плохо. Я еле-еле успевала в нужные интервалы. Особенно обидно было, что почта рядом не принимает посылки. Это значит, что рисунок для Виты как и подарок откладывается в долгий ящик.
Причины, почему я молодец и этот день стоит своего:
- Позавтракала кашей
- Приняла душ
- Поухаживала за кожей 2 раза (утро, вечер)
- Сходила к психиатру (а не хотела)
- Собрала подарок для гф
- Сформировала посылку онлайн
- Сходила по нескольким магазинам
- Купила лекарства
- Прибралась на кухне
- Делала дз с братом
- Приготовила мясо на ужин (впервые!!!)
- Немного поскетчила в акварели
- Приняла ванну
- Налила воды перед сном
- Выпила все таблетки

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
