+ я всё больше читаю или делаю что-то, чтоб записать тут и это работает лучше чем я думала. У меня в любом случае есть ж этих действий, но они постоянно перебиваются инерцией или скептиками или прежним отравлением и тд, но ради !ф я решаю их сделать и мне потом клевей, чем до этого.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
