- спина уже неск дней затекшая, ощущ что необходимы упр, но все какие я знаю слабо помогают и в целом лень фа
+ 5 упр для спины, немного помогло, но надо в 10 раз больше по ощущениям
+ пофоткала творч, пч визуально оно уже готово и хотелось пофоткать
+ размечала следующую творческую штуку. Забыла, что всё это очень нудно и медленно. Основная работа тоже медленная, но она хотя бы основная, это именно то, что создаёт вп красивости. А то что я эту нудную хрень часами с линейкой вымеряю, это нав моя тупость, надо найти способ оптимизировать

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
