На сегодняшний день я прямо молодец: в доме стало чище, я тоже валяюсь уже чистенькая, помытая и умытая. Все заранее приготовила на завтра на работу и собрала новый рюкзак. Завтра с утра надо будет только еду туда закинуть - буду брать на работу с собой овсянку с яйцами и морковку. Овощи будут на ужин.
Выпила таблетку и надеюсь скоро меня смотрит, а завтра я вовремя встану без просыпаний и опозданий. Просыпать нельзя, потому что денег на такси нет.
Сегодняшний день на деле показательный - даже если кажется, что надо сделать дофига всего, то даже небольшие усилия и работа приносят свои плоды. То же надо думать и о рабочих задачах. Да, много, но делая что-то каждый день, я справлюсь со всем.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
