Делала бесцельные действия : наполняла водой бутылки , привезенные из путешествия . Настроение сразу улучшилось заметно. Я удивилась. Надо больше делать бесцельных действий ( вывод). От них отваливаются озабоченности and so on
Слушала передачу про Шостаковича. Немного напрягает семейная сторона истории, но опять же, в виде фикшена это выглядит привлекательно . Династия музыкантов . Это лучше чем династия заводчан, хотя и такая для фикшена сгодится.
Квас по мойму не получилса. "Москва не сразу строилась" .
Интересно, что самое хорошее настроение у меня примерно чере 4-5 часов после проснутия. Это нужно учесть , и не планировать ничего важного до. Нужно признать этот печальный факт

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
