Делаю практики устранения своего "я". Различаю образ себя, который в данный момент поддерживаю и отвлекаюсь от него. Еще различаю НЭ, особенно депрессивные, и различаю их связь со своим "я", тоже пытаюсь четко это различить и отвлечься от "я", на что-нибудь другое. "Я" - это такой аватар, персонаж, которого я играю, которого развиваю, приписываю ему разные качества, заслуги, грехи, мнения, отношения с другими людьми, личную историю, и т.д. Это игра, скучная, тупая, но сильно навязчивыая, ставшая обузой, заместившая собой всё. Полгода такой практики, и меня наверное не станет, и не кому будет писать во фрагментер, зато начнется настоящая жизнь. Если я сюда пишу, значит успехи мои невелики.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
