Бодх говорил что быстрее всего достичь прогресса в ОзВ если культивировать преданность. Я так и делаю и сегодня несколько раз смог получить это ОзВ довольно яркое
Я помню как между прошлым и этим рождением "брал" это тело и что-то огромное и светлое лишь частично поместившись "зашло" в родильную комнату и пожелало мне удачи. Даже вспоминая это я испытываю ОзВ, а в момент пожелания это было ОзВ высокой интенсивности. Культивируя преданность я сегодня вспоминал этот момент и получал яркое ОзВ
Сейчас меня интересует вопрос почему я не могу постоянно поддерживать это ОзВ. Ответ от Бодха я то знаю, но хочу его получить сам - культивируя ОзВ и думая почему оно быстро угасает, делая это раз за разом

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
