Насчет невыдуманных врагов хочу все же поправить. Не хочу восприятия и инерцию называть врагами, какую бы оценку я им не давала. Это явления, которые препятствуют достижению желаемых состояний - т.е препятствия. Такая позиция более конструктивная, и от нее снижается ннкс.

Когда слушаешь музыку или смотришь какое-то видео, которое, как кажется, тупое, простое, пресное, бессмысленное и т.д.
Т.е по логике этого скептика я должна остановить это действие, т.к для меня оно нежелательное. Ведь умные, стремящиеся люди не будут такое делать. А если и будут, то обязательно разберут это впечатление.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
