С мамой говорила по видео. Мы не виделись с начала войны, грустно смотреть на изменения в родителях. Хочется домой съездить.
Воспользовалась укр картой тут впервые. Понравилось, думаю что буду юзать постоянно теперь при надобности.
Немного тревожно как оно будет дальше и устала в моменте прямо сейчас. Пару серий "Люцифер" и спать. Остальное подождет до утра. Книжку нашла Роберт Лихи
"Лекарство от нервов", некоторые пункты очень даже.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
