Необходимо взять определенную ситуацию вызывающую какие-то НЭ. Затем представить, что я наблюдаю за этим со стороны, а это всего лишь игра, где есть некоторые персонажи, играющие определенные роли, и мой персонаж тоже эту роль отыгрывает по полной. А я смотрю на это со стороны и НЕ участвую в этой игре никаким образом, мне безразлично что там происходит, даже если там происходит что-то ужасное, и мне нет дела до правил этой игры и их соблюдения, и я испытываю при этом отрешенность. Вот тогда можно без особых проблем различать уверенности своего персонажа, продолжая испытывать отрешенность.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
