Нет ни хороших событий, ни плохих. Интерес и удовольствие от жизни могут быть всегда, потому что это естественно и не зависит ни от чего. Я сам лишаю себя естественного удовольствия от жизни, загоняя его в определенные условия: когда его нельзя испытывать, а когда можно и какой интенсивности. Я поверил в то, что это закон природы, а не мой собственный выбор. Я вырезаю огромные куски из своей жизни, только потому что они якобы не интересны. Я делаю это прямо сейчас, в этот момент. Я буду испытывать удовольствие от жизни, настолько сильное насколько захочется, ровно в тот момент, когда различу и прекращу этот механизм самоподавления.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
