Я поставил задачи пару дней назад которые буду делать до нового года, а сейчас решил добавить не задачу но стремление - я должен получать удовольствие от работы. Я не уверен что достигну этой задачи к новому году (если вообще), но есть с чем работать:
-надо следить за эмоциями в течении работы и устранять нэ;
-перед началом работы я чувствую тревожность и не хочу начинать работу (по видимому связано с догмой "я не справлюсь"\"у меня ничего не получится".
Работа занимает огромную часть дня, и это источник денег, а значит если я буду с удовольствием работать, то буду не только получать удовольствие в течении дня вместо отравления но и зарабатывать больше.
Задача трудная, поэтому без сроков

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
