Лежу и пью пиво. Но что хорошо в этом цикле - что я хорошо ощущал в каком моменте цикла "подъем-плато-спуск-дно" я нахожусь. Раньше этого не было, я падал вниз и не ощущал это. Значит я лучше отслеживаю эмоции, не знаю что еще.. ну общее состояние. Плюс, я ОЧЕНЬ хорошо, для своего уровня конечно, поработал с нэ, ну прям горжусь этим, ведь это была плотная хорошая работа, в некоторые моменты прямо по несколько дней подряд упорного толкания лбом вперед
Впереди спад, не собираюсь как-то его затормаживать, ведь судя по опыту ничего не получится, но буду отслеживать что происходит, может что-то подмечу, может что-то позволит потом спады делать короче

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
