В итоге я призналась маме, что у меня есть зависимость и да, это плохо, но это часть меня сейчас и ушла курить на кухню. Она конечно расстроилась, но прошло вроде нормально. Может завтра конечно будет пытаться это обсудить.
Но мне кажется это тоже неправильно, когда папа в 30 лет просил не рассказывать бабушке, что он курит. Я правда не успев снять куртку, его сдала.
До сих пор мне припоминает, хотя мне 6 было)
Мне правда не нравится, что я курю. Все получалось исправить - не пить кофе, не есть сладкое, заниматься спортом, но бросить курить - нет. Слишком незаметно и плотно влезла в это.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
