Отравилась чем то. Снился остросюжетный сон
сердилась на себя, что отреагировала на агрессивную фразу. Я уже давно убедилась что агр фразы лучше всего наказывать игнором : он орет , а я не слышу ( он пугает а мне не страшно). А раз откликнулась значит он добился чего хотел. Ещё можно было передразнить его. Он настолько некрасивый и неразвитый, что передразнивание могло бы его хоть немного продвинуть в сторону шевеления единственной извилиной. Ещё можно было завести душеспасительный разговор . Мне жаль что я не игнорировала, не передразнила и не побеседовала душеспасительно.
Договорились с Э что будем проводить сеансы п/а , сначала я буду слушать . Посмотрим что получится

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
