Сделала Эксель таблицу по своему методу. Вроде меня устраивает, помогает продвигаться по списку дел. Скучаю иногда по разным местам, и мне в этом плане полезно оказалось прочитать пост Г как он вернулся ненадолго в город детства.
Ход мыслей: смотрю на ногти, думаю о том что не понимаю людей которые хотят делать маникюр ,и потом приходит мысль что это некое ограничение и я должна пойти и как челлендж сидеть на маникюре, именно потому что меня это отталкивает . Потом я представляю как я там буду сидеть и мне кажется что у меня будет паника. Наверное потому что я вообще сидеть на одном месте как бы " во власти" этого маникюрщика буду воспринимать как ситуацию " экзамена"... Вот такой фрирайтинг

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
