Возили сегодня Софу к ветеринару, бедняжка перепугалась, но такая умничка, очень хорошо всё перенесла. Вообще, очень хороший характер у неё складывается, я не нарадуюсь с неё.
Сегодня благодаря этой поездке пришлось пораньше встать, ну прям подарок от вселенной, чтобы попробовать вернуть режим. А то мне вроде хочется, но мотивации особой нет, видимо, потому, что необходимости в этом вообще никакой нет. Так мало тревожности, что я могу лишние пару часов утром/днём доспать и совсем не переживать из-за работы, раньше такое было бы нереально. Пусть так и остаётся.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
