Различил большую дыру, в которую утекает много энергии - это ощущение себя беспомощным рабом, который не может управлять своей жизнью. Я до сих пор плыву по течению и не взял полностью всю свою жизнь в свои руки. Теленок бездумно следует по пути, в то время как бык свой путь выбирает. Я хочу взять каждый важный аспект своей жизни под свой контроль. Для этого могут понадобиться годы, и направления пока простые:
1) сильное здоровое и выносливое физическое тело
2) финансы - так чтобы обеспечивать основные потребности, включая путешествия и не тратить на это полжизни
3) эмиграция - найти пристанище в нормальной стране, где не нужно быть рабом (исключены: СССР и все сошедшие с ума от ковида)

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
