орущий препод по практике, это пиздец. я хотел исп сидение на уроке, как практику устранения скуки, но её и не было, и что со скукой мне справляться легко. Был фон тревожности, напряжения. Когда пытался концентрироваться на порождении чего-то приятного, выпадал из процесса, и пропускал вопросы, от этого неловкость возникала, и снова впадал в фон тревожности. Пиздец, как в школе прям. Ещё 2 месяца этого будет. Хочу не херить эту возможность для тренировки, и не отравляться целых 1,5 часа

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
