на прошлой неделе, было около 9 часов сидения в инстаграме. , какая-то часть это общение, наверное где-то половина, остальное залипание от скуки.
на этой неделе, уже 3-й день, а всего 1 час 20 мин.
хочется прекратить забивать скуку таким образом.
наткнулся в маей-3 на «жизнь это трехэтажное здание». И вот чтобы выбраться из подвала, нужно помнить, что лестница, это прекращение деятельности.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
