Сидела пару минут притворялась дзенщиком. В принципе сработало, появилось чувство множественности восприятий и то что они меняются очень быстро . Просто внимание к самому факту наличия восприятий даёт эффект, становится интереснее существовать и наблюдать за обилием этих восприятий
Думаю о Л. Изначально В. мне посоветовал про нее писать, и каким то образом это мне показалось удобно, типа она звезда , а я при ней, почитатель таланта. На самом деле нужно было бы относиться к ней как к собеседнику, придумывать совместные активности. Нужно было преодолевать это идолопоклонничество. Но , с другой стороны, для меня это норма. Мне комфортно именно обожать кого то, и желательно на взаимной основе.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
