Сделал себе выходной. Сидел и зашивал дырки на одежде, и было приятно не спеша работать руками, осваивать новые приёмы. Мне нравится как-то возиться с починкой, улучшением чего-то, если есть подходящее настроение, и сегодня оно было.
Безмятежное и довольное состояние. Благодарность к себе за то, что точно определил свои желания и дал им дорогу.
Созвон с ЛЛ. Было приятно, что я могу её слышать и видеть .
Охуение из-за недосыпа так и не наступило, мне легко делать озверядки и есть ощ насыщенности.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
