После Флд почувствовала миг наслаждения в теле , что то вроде релаксации. Это вдохновило меня на дальнейшие "усилия" в направлении релаксизма
Порадовалась что заблокировала МЧ и МГ, потому что они с детства говорили всякую гадость , и были излишне брутальными, эта проблема со всеми из детства. Такая гадость лилась изо рта у всех детей и взрослых. Только благодаря норм.людям из ютуба мой мозг возрождается к жизни: там я слышу не то, что излучали люди из детства

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
