Помнишь чувство, когда влюбляешься и от человека бабочки в животе, а потом прилив мурашек и тепла по всему телу? Всплески адреналина с дофамином получают не только от этого, помни. Весь спектр испытала, когда удалось оплатить счета укр картой и купить пробную партию валюты. Пока только с карты ЕС, с другими натупила. Но, это работает. В другом месте попробую укр и если окей, решена большая фин проблема. И открывается перспектива замахнуться на большее. До сих пор была одна версия реальности - ты плохая, мир враждебный и ничего хорошего. Но, жизнь разная. Это значит, что есть и другие ее варианты, где ты окей и у тебя будет окей. Просто пробуй. Мозг тебе врет.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
