Вспомнилась невыносимая ситуация из прошлого, связанную с бюрократией. Сначала пыталась понять, как правильно нужно было себя вести, но в итоге поняла что для меня оптимально было бы как можно быстрее оттуда убежать и сесть в кофейню. Кофейня как противоположность бюрократическим кабинетам. После этого появилось желание пойти на коворкинг, но не покупать там кофе или что то другое , а принести с собой чай в термосе ( как в фильме глубже)
Помогло разделить день на три части: родитель, рб и взр. Появилось ощущение структуры дня и контроля
Второй раз подряд попадается информация о ржаном хлебе в Прибалтике /Скандинавии
Сегодня по плану покупка пельменей ( если не получится в ТМ, то ВМ)

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
