Ну... Штош, первый рабочий день на новом месте.
Сразу же рассказали про проект, спасибо, что честно и открыто: все горит, предыдущая команда нихер не сделал и уволилась, почти нихуя нет, сдавать как-то надо и ещё вчера, с людьми сложно, с производственными подразделениями тоже сложно. Классика, карочи, напоминает "Э" и любимую Р.
Но внезапно пока это не пугает. Порабаю месяцок в этом хаосе, посмотрим по факту как что будет и там уже буду думать.
Бухгалтерия уже не в восторге от сотрудничества, но остальные в команде вроде ок, как минимум руководитель и пара девочек кажутся адекватными.
Показали все, рассказали, но место пока не выдали, сижу на свободном, читаю бумажки, вникаю в маштабы.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
